Return/Exchange Policy

My shop items are printed per customer order.
I cannot do returns or exchange based on incorrect sizing.

Since I am a small shop, I do not keep overflow stock. Each item is freshly custom printed when place your order.
Backpacks take a little longer as they are first printed onto a fabric, and then that fabric is sewn together.

Please carefully read the size charts, or email me if you have a question about the fit!

If you receive an incorrect order, or the item is damaged,
 I will absolutely replace it with a new one.

Please email me with the photo of the item and your order number.

My shirt smells like vinegar?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie,  you might notice a vinegar smell
or an off-white residue on the clothing that looks like a stain. 

Don't worry, that's not unusual -
all inks used in the creation of my clothing is water-based and eco-friendly. 

Because of that, my print shop uses a special solution that is applied during the printing process and it's not permanent, both the smell and/or any discolouration will disappear after the first wash.
